At the center of Miami’s “sixth borough,” Mary Brickell Village needed to evolve from a neighborhood staple into a cultural anchor. Surrounded by a fast-rising skyline, the challenge was to attract a new generation of residents, visitors, and global brands while staying true to its local roots.
Our solution centered on the arch—drawn from Brickell’s architecture and symbolic of both shelter and passage. This simple, timeless form became the foundation of the new identity system, appearing in letterforms, layouts, and visual elements to create a rhythm that echoes the flow of the city.
Balancing structure with openness, the system works seamlessly across signage, wayfinding, digital, and print. It reflects Brickell’s energy while offering moments of calm and clarity. Paired with a repositioning strategy focused on curated tenants, elevated dining, and lifestyle-driven offerings, MBV is now positioned as an everyday landmark in one of Miami’s most dynamic neighborhoods.
Rather than compete with Brickell’s skyline, the identity builds on MBV’s history with quiet confidence—rooted, refreshed, and ready for what’s next.
