NIU Kitchen

Lemon Yellow worked with Catalan-born and James Beard nominee, Deme Lomas on the launch of his first venture in South Florida – NIU Kitchen. Our involvement was absolute, from consulting on the name to developing the restaurant’s brand identity, messaging, menus, photography and website. The identity and messaging strategy was built around the unconventional, a nod to the edgy Catalan cuisine one can expect at NIU.

NIU Kitchen now regularly makes the Top Ten list of hot Miami eateries. We'll cheers to that.
